Creative Lighting is looking for a dedicated customer service representative to add to our team. We are a family-owned lighting showroom serving retail and trade clients since 1926. Our commitment to quality ensures clients receive exceptional advice, service, products and value. Priorities for this position are a professional attitude, good work ethic, and frequent phone and email correspondence. You will be responsible for helping customers in our showroom, over the phone and by e-mail daily. The ability to work in a fast paced environment, multi-task and make decisions to resolve customer issues is a requirement. Previous customer service and computer skills are required and appropriate image and demeanor is mandatory.
